Relevant Considerations for Using SMD LED
1. Please check the quantity and model before use to prevent the wrong shipment;
2. SMD silicone cannot be impacted by external force, which will cause broken wires or broken LEDs, making it unusable;
3. Please check whether it is the color, brightness, voltage you accept before doing the machine, and do the required incoming QC check. In addition, please dehumidify in an oven at 70-80 degrees for more than 12 hours before using the machine. The dehumidification oven is best to use an industrial oven with large airflow in order to achieve the dehumidification effect. Pay attention to separate box numbers to prevent color difference.
4. SMD LEDs must not be in contact with sulfur, phosphorus, halogen elements, alcohol, acetone, tianna water, washing water or their compounds, which may cause the silver surface of the LED to become black or the silica gel to separate from PPA, causing color changes. Take care to prevent contact with soap, rubber bands, sealing tape, rubber finger cots, electrical wires and other substances.
5.Reflow soldering recommendations: Above six temperature zones, there are upper and lower temperature zones, there are cooling fans, the actual operating speed is 40-60 cm per minute, can be slow or fast.
The temperature curve must be smooth, for example:
Six temperature zone curve: 160-180-200-220-240-220;
Eight temperature zone curve: 160-180-200-220-230-240 (245) -220-200


UVC LED
Protection measures:
For moisture protection, it is recommended to use a dry box to store the UV LED and place the desiccant. The recommended storage temperature is 5-30 ° C, and the recommended humidity is less than 50%.

Static Electricity
Static electricity or surge voltage may contaminate the Lens surface and affect on optical characteristics so that damages the High Power LED. So, Do not touch with hand LED Lens surface directly and do not apply Mechanical Forces directly on LED's Surface. It is recommended that a wrist band or an anti-electrostatic glove be used when handing the LEDs. Also do with tools like Tweezer or Nipper.
